Books and beers. Libraries and breweries. You’d be surprised at how...
The Good Book Group has been meeting at the Library since 1989. They are an ever-changing group of people who enjoy getting together to talk about books. Books are chosen for discussion several months in advance and the upcoming selections are listed below.
October: The Ex-Pats by Chris Pavone
November: Major Pettigrew's Last Stand by Helen Simonson
December: Dinner with Edward by Isabel Vincent
January 2018: The French Lieutenant's Woman by John Fowles
February 2018: Holy Aspic by Joan Marysmith
They meet in the afternoon and the evening on the 1st Tuesday of each month. Usually, meetings take place in the Auditorium but while construction is happening at the library, meetings will take place in the Program Room on the Lower Floor.
